Red flags
UCC loan filings where the borrower matches an insider or public company, with no matching SEC disclosure.
About this page
What you're looking at
The table shows all California UCC filings where the borrower matches to a known SEC insider (either by direct name match or via the CA Business Entities registry, where the insider is named as a principal or agent on the borrowing LLC), and where no corresponding pledge disclosure exists in the federal SEC filings. UCC filings are state-level, so as more states are ingested they will appear here too.
How to read it
High = a direct or LLC-cascade match to a specific named SEC insider. Medium = the borrower matches a public company that already has insider-pledge history. The Match column shows whether the link is a direct name match or runs through an LLC where the insider is named as a principal. The page groups multiple filings against the same insider by default.
What to do with it
Click any row to expand the underlying filings. Open UCC goes to the original California document. The Insider LLCs tab shows the same data starting from the insider rather than from the filing.
